The Portland EcoFilm Festival presents COVENANT OF THE SALMON PEOPLE and TO HEAL A FOREST: two new documentaries about salmon and their connection to Indigenous and First Nations people of the Pacific Northwest. This program is part of our Indigenous Voices series, which centers Indigenous knowledge, accomplishments, stories, and struggles. (Total running time: 71 minutes)
We will be joined by honored Nimiipuu/Nez Perce guests, who will share perspectives on salmon following the films.
